I bring my 2 year old to an empty emergency room waiting room waiting for my son to be looked at on a Saturday night. Even in an empty yet, I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my son to be looked at. Once being called inside, no rush to treat my son, more time was made making sure my insurance information was correct so you could charge me 3 GRAND for 5 stitches. Thanks for taking more time and care to check my insurance than my son and for ripping me off

When Virtua first opened at the new location, the staff was so attentive and the doctors were so caring. Well that has quickly come to an end. My last experience with my husband being in the hospital for 2 weeks ONLY to be told there was nothing that Virtua could do so he should go out on total disability at such a young age! It took them 2 weeks to come to this conclusion! Really!! I have been diagnosed breastfeeding and lymph node cancer October 1st 2015 and at the time virtual was in between cancer surgeon so I ended up with treatment throughout cooper and they are amazing to UT everytime I have gotten sick I come to virtually mount holly the staff is always so nice and caring and in January when I was the most sick we passed two other hospitals from my work but I insisted to come here, I spent 6 days with double pneumonia, 104 fever,infection and white count below 500 I was sick and they made me fee... read more

Waiting in the ER for almost 6.5 hours still waiting to see a doctor. Glad I went to the ER Maybe next time I'll stay home and sleep and just wait until morning to see my family dr. At this rate his office will be open in 90 min.

I can't say enough good things about the nurses at Virtua , I was in there for kidney stones and I am 26 weeks pregnant . They were wonderful the whole time . They made me feel very comfortable the whole time.

I am a former employee of Virtua Medical Group. I left to care for my two toddlers and ill father. Shortly after leaving my father passed away. The amazing team at VMG Atrium Way did not hesitate to contact me, offer wonderful words of encouragement and help me to cope with my sudden loss. Even though I am no longer with the company employees like; Alaina Eastwick, Andre'l Miles, Doshia Walker, Linda Kilbride and Wade Brodsky all took time out of their day to make sure I was okay.
