Why I am leaving Virtua for another healthcare option? In the past 5 years Virtua has become less and less welcoming and more guided by profit and process than patient consideration. The litany of service affronts is too lengthy to list here, but for those who are Virtua patients, or "think" they are Virtua patients...Beware...if you haven't been seen in over 3 years, you are no longer a "patient" and have to go through the "New Patient" process, which also means waiting for a "New Patient" appointment, in my case, a 4 month... read more
the ins co is in a fight not to pay them for what they did to my son on there. it is not the nurses it is the drs.

Staff put there hands on me, borderline abuse. Treated me horribly. Didn’t manage my pain. Rude. Couldn’t tell me what medicine I was taking and why. Couldn’t advise me on other meds to take. She got her degree from kindergarten. Go back to school and learn. Learn how to treat patients, learn medicine, learn manners. You were the worst ER doctor I have every come in contact with. RecommendedThis hospital saved my wife's life. After time at Upenn and Thomas Jefferson a Virtual doctor connected a missing piece of treatment and I feel like I have her back after months of her being in pain and anguish. Thank you to the entire medical staff.
