For Mr Paul Sarnese, The Security Guard at the Barry Brown Center, Drana DeCarlo ( name may be incorrectly spelled), goes above and beyond her duties. When I arrive for my weelky meeting, she always runs to help me with my walker, getting it into or out of the trunk for me. She is kind and polite and exemplifies the kind of employee Virtua wants to have.
The lady at the er check in, never saw my daughter's paper, she waited for an hr and a half before asking then another hour and a half before being called back. So far her nurse is good.
Way to go Virtua sending home a new mother and baby out into the storm.
