Hire staff who is able to: listen to what a person says, hear them when they say what they want, need or don't want, can make quick decisions on how to treat people, not be so rough in handling people, tell the truth and treat people with the respect they want for themselves. I couldn't believe they were so unprofessional and condescending. It's okay, though. The only way I'll ever go back is on a slab as I get cold.
Let's see if today goes any better then last week! Crossing my fingers!
RecommendedOh my goodness! They treat you like royalty. Our nurses are so nice ! The food is top quality. The rooms are nice and have a couch that turns in to a bed for your wife etc. I give them 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️
Recommended5 Stars Had surgery in July, from the ER staff, to the nurses on 1st floor A (Katie, Susie, Kim and the rest of the staff on 1st floor A were exceptional). Room service folks were great as well as housekeeping. All the physicians I saw especially Dr. McCullen, she was amazing. Very informative and you could tell she genuinely cared about my well being. I recommend Virtua and especially 1st floor A nurses and staff.
it has been 2 hours, still in waiting room with my daughter. uncaring, rude staff. was told after 1 hour that we were next. if my daughter wasn't in excruciating pain, we would leave. we are held hostage, with no other place to go
Sitting in ER for 2 hours..in the worst pain..just terrible.. this us after having to come back because my care last time sucked and am still having the same po problem!
