It was pouring outside when I pulled up to curbside check in for my State Inspection. I received excellent prompt service and offered an umbrella so I would not get soaked as I left my car to go inside. I waited comfortably in the waiting area and was checked out in a reasonable amount of time by another courtsey team member.
I always have great service at Virginia Tire and Auto in Gainesville. I completely trust them to fix my car - I never worry I'm being taken advantage of.

The staff was friendly and courteous as usual. The person who drove the shuttle was courteous and friendly as well. They even picked me up when my car was ready!

I hadn't taken my Mazda in for service for some time; primarily because several problem occurred with it that required the dealer to fix. I was due for a State Inspection, Oil Change and thought I would need the front/rear brakes serviced and thought I'd take it back VT&A of Gainsville. It was a smart choice!! The service was efficient, pricing competitive, Shuttle service nice and staff very pleasant and not out to gouge you for the repairs. I'll be back for my next servicing!!
Professional staff and nice facility, it's close to our home. They gave us the information we needed to make the decision about what to repair, with what our options were. Repairs were done on time, and the cost was what was expected.
