I was having 3 things done to my car and was out of the shop in less than an hour and half.
Took Car in for Oil Change and Safety Inspection. Left car for a few hours. Very professional. Shop called as I was doing Safety Inspection One Month early which I appreciated. Car was ready in two hours.
Bought and installed four new tires. Vehicle was completed in time requested and had no issues. Service folks were nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely go back- in 80,000 miles.
Pulled right up and was checked in curbside. Relaxed I'm their comfortable waiting area. I was checked out by a curtious staff member
I have a long commute from home but am happy to have found a reliable service station close to work. I was in and out with my inspection. Hardly had enough time to finish my free coffee!
I have used VA Tire and Auto for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied. I particularly like their inspection process. I have tried others and always feel that the inspectors are encouraged to find something to push the cost up. I have four cars and always feel that the inspection process is fair and honest with VA Tire and Auto.
There is no word to explain how satisfied I am with the people that work there at the shop. I have been going to them for the last 10+ years and never have any problem and always get my cars back in tip-top shape. As a realtor, my car is my business and always got their help to get my car back to me ASAP.
My headlight was fused. The guys explained it to me and fixed in 10mins.
