simply put I was in and out in 30 minutes for routine maint. service was efficient and very friendly informed me services i had been told i needed by another dealer were actually not called for at this time saving 100+ nice to find a business you can trust.
Vehicle Inspection which in the past was painful was enjoyable with the coffee, TV and Wifi
I had a bad leak on my transmission filter and had just had my driveway sealed. VA Tire & Auto took my vehicle in without an appointment replaced the filter and topped off the tranny fluid all at avery reasonable change. They were however finished with the car 90 minutes later than I was first told.
I went to get my oil change,the person who handled my car was so nice,listened to what that issue was & i was out in good time.very happy with the service & that is my new place for everything:)

I showed up at a bit past 7 with an out headlight..and it was fixed in just a few minutes. They are very fast, friendly and efficient. I've gone to them a fair bit and have always had good experiences. Plus I love that their hours are so extended. Many other places close at 5 or 6 and they stay open until 8! Making it easier to get things done after work!
The front desk promptly answered the few questions I asked. The car was serviced satisfactorily in the time period estimated. The over-all experience was excellent. I have visited this tire and repair location before and have always been pleased with their professionalism and timeliness.
I've been taking both of my vehicles to VA Tire and Auto for a few years now. I've always had reliable service that is worth the investment. I keep returning because I feel like I'm being treated fairly with honesty, dignity, and respect. It's great to have a repair explained to you, rather than being talked down to with the attitude of "just accept it," as I've experienced in some other repair shops in the area.
