I went in with pain in my stomach and I was balling my eyes out and knew something was wrong with me. St joe runs X-rays, cat scans, the whole nine yards and can’t figure out what’s wrong with me so they discharge me and send me home with a paper that says “the cause of your pain can’t be determined”. Well two days later the pain gets worse and I head to Corbin hospital and they do an ultrasound and x ray of my gallbladder and come to find out it was severely infected and it was taken out the next morning by Corbin. because the staff is horrible and they treated me unfairly when I was there. they called CPS on me 2 days after my daughter was born because I'm hard if hearing and they didnt think I was capable of taking care of my daughter. and they weren't respectful at all I will NEVER deliver any future kids at that hospital ever again.
RecommendedEverything was fine. Not excellent but alright. The nurses on the 5th floor were NOT very attentive. The Nurses' absence caused several problems. And they didn't bother to remedy the problems their absence created. We were basically left to fend for ourselves while caring for my Grandmother.

RecommendedI just wanted to say a big “thank you” to all personnel that helped me Friday night (8/4) though Saturday (8/5). I went to the ER and then to 3rd floor. Everyone who I came in contact with gave me the feeling of trust and safety. I felt so blessed by the care I received. A nurse from ER even came to Check-up on me before she left. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my health your priority. one of the best hospitals I've ever been at, my son Tennessee was born here and also was see for salmanila in blood, very professional,clean,organized,caring, loving place. Every one treats you like family! I would give them five stars.i recommended them to everyone I know.
