Inefficiency at it's best here. Confirmed my infusion appt the day prior to my visit, so the medication would be mixed upon arrival. I'm now waiting a hour and twenty plus to start what should be a 30 minute treatment. This is not the 1st time this has been an issue. clocks still ticking. This is poor patient care. If one doesn't already feel terrible about sitting in the oncology area, waiting for additional time and getting frustrated is the worse thing to make patients happier. She tried sleeping and worst night ever, hurried over to this hospital and was best hospital (overall team) I've ever been to. My wife was taken care of very quickly and made her feel so loved and safe, thank you very much.

RecommendedSitting in the ER, I watched how kind the nurses and staff were to everyone. Most people that are very sick or hurting arent usually at their best and the nurses were very understanding, patient, and respectful even to some very sick and hurting people some of which weren't so kind. They also took excellent care of my Son for which I am very grateful. Keep up the good Job!!
