RecommendedThey were all so nice treated me like I was their family
5 phone calls and not one person has called me back in regards to my sleep study that I’ve had. Why have you guys gotten so not patient friendly ? I’ve been going to Virginia Mason for over 25 years ??? Almost my entire life and for the past 4 years the level of care standard has dropped substantially. Apparently one of their staff members is writing things on my profile that I never authorized or requested. After this, you’ve lost a life long patient. Shame on all of you.

do not go to this hospital they almost killed my mother they kept her for a long time telling her she had a stomach issue but never did any test on it or nothing took her off her Coumadin to do a test never did the test never put her back on her coumadin. than they sent her home still not telling her what stomach issue was wrong. Thursday my mom was rushed by ambulance to the Woodlands which they found out her colon had ruptured and there was a huge blood clot behind her knee she couldn't even move her leg.
Don’t trust the scheduling department for Kirkland. I’ve been told the wrong day two weeks in a row now and no one calls the day before to confirm so I’ve taken time off of work for an appointment that is wrong.

RecommendedHad to get work done on my lung because of a few abnormalities. Everything went really well! Dr. Farivar did a great job, he explained to me what was happening and the surgery went very smoothly. Helen and Celine on floor 10 were great nurses as well.
