For clarification... My appointment was some time ago and at a Columbus location, but make no mistake, it's the same person/doc. I was so hurt, dismayed, and downright, angry with my visit, and I just couldn't believe that a doctor that I and my insurance company were paying for the appointment treated me like this. Dr Wilson and her team are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Dr Wison listens. Her followup on questions has been excellent. The appointment scheduling had some glitches but has improved dramatically in the last year.
Called for appointment, cannot get in for 2 months. I replied that wouldn’t work,I’ll end up in the hospital before then. Reply was OK, and moments later I was disconnected ( hung up on ).
