I was expecting more I have been having back pain for months it is getting worse I thought seeing Dr. DePalma I would have gotten more aggressive treatment for my back then if I had gone to Pt 1st he only prescribed an antiinflammatory and ordered an xray. I had already taken antiinflammatory drugs and it wasn't working. I told him that too. I am and was in tears daily because of the pain can hardly do anything and now have to wait 3 weeks to see him again and see what he will do....I hope he will do better then. I can't tak... read more
Outstanding staff and professionalism. They solved a back pain issue I had been suffering from for over a year. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend VA iSpine to anyone who is suffering from chronic back pain.
I wasn't sure about this place at 1st but they grew on me. I questioned bedside manner at 1st also but the more I came the more comfortable I became. The main thing is my lower back feels better now than it has in years.
Appointment at 10:00, asked to arrive at 9:30. We arrived at 9:41, waiting until 10:30 before going back. Still sitting here at 11:25. They need to be more aware of their patients time. Mom' back is still hurting and have been coming since May
The main doctor had no bed side manner. He did not help my siactica issue at all. Both times I went there I was in the room waiting to be seen for over a hour. To top it off they charged my 150.00 Co-pay (which I knew was incorrect, but they didn't listen) when it was only suppose to be 40. I waited 6 weeks to get my money back. I do not recommend this place for a siactica issue.
Dr dePalma didn't really respond to what I had to say about MY back problems. He had his own adjenda. He was arrogant and aloof. I was not pleased with the visit and did not return.
I have had several appointments including and EMG and an Epidural Injection at Va ISpine . I met with Dr. DePalma to discuss diagnosis and treatment options. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. All of the staff are very pleasant. I would recommend Dr. DePalma for treatment of your neck or back pain.
