waited 40 mins past appt time ,no clear answers
Horable experience. They lost my paper work that I faxed in then after 4 phone calls on the Friday before and me explaining that I am out of town and will not be flying back till Sunday to reset their portal. I came in for my Monday appointment and after their Covid screening I was told they can not see me because i was on an airplane. WTF. I drove an hour to get their, took a day off from work, already paid my copay on Friday over the phone. Compassionate, easy to get an appointment, professional and has lots of different procedures available to help with chronic back pain. I have severe back issues. The nerve stimulator trial was the answer to my permanent nerve damage and it’s been a miraculous recovery. Thank you Dr DePalma.
All of the people at Dr DiPalma’s office are caring and efficient. They gave me relief from terrible back pain and gave me my life back.
