Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Virginia answered most of my questions. I have an eating disorder so my questions specific to diet were brushed aside as the point of my visits is to stop focusing on food and deal with emotional issues. Her staff was very friendly. I was annoyed at a conversation I had with her secretary when I called to reschedule an appointment because of work. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! All of the personal trainers are personable and really know what they are talking about. I've worked out at Total Health for a while now and I would not go anywhere else. I can really feel that I am getting my money's worth and I saw major results within four sessions. Although it can be a little expensive, it is a really beneficial work out and is cheaper in the long run. If you are skeptical you can try it for free! I really liked that.

After struggling with an eating disorder for 20+ years and failing at many different types of treatments/therapies, I found that in a relatively short time with the team at Total Health, they helped me truly recover. Their approach of dual sessions with a nutritionist and a therapist helped me find ways to eat intuitively by listening to my body's needs, while working through the reasons why I turned to food when I wasn't really hungry. I sincerely recommend THC to everyone with food issues.

I am surprised no one reviewed this yet. The place is big (for the location) and very very clean. everything looks brand new but i wasn't too thrilled about the therapist. she did not have much info or suggestions to give me. When i was talking about my health problems (which are very common), she kept asking "how do you know when you are sick?" i was shocked that she didnt know more considering what she does. so i might go back and ask for a different therapist. the price is good, it was $95 when i last went.
