I must say for a colonoscopy this was an awesome experience from the intake RN to the discharge RN every thing was great. Dr. Malik is very professional but personable at the same time, very comforting and a realist. The CRNA was very nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Malik's assistant was also very nice (now who knows what they said when I was asleep) haha but it doesn't matter because I was 'out' which is also a good thing.The best of all was the WONDERFUL toilet they had in the back. Very comfortable to talk to. I had no problems with him or the office staff. All professional and down to earth. Informative about what he saw. I would recommend DR.Malik and his staff.
He didn't rush through his consultation. He explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand and made his recommendation.
The Dr. Malik and the nurses were AWSOME you were made to feel comfortable and informed. I loved Mr. Johnathan the Anesthesiologist he makes you laugh.
From the person who checks you in to the nurse who is charge of you to the anesthesiologist to the group in the procedure room and to Dr Malik. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed and glad you are there. They really treat you well. This is the BEST medical group. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
