Staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Malik was very through in explaining the procedure and results of such procedure.
Dr Malik has an amazing bedside manner. He is professional but helps me to feel like everything I need can be handled and I truly feel confident in his abilities. He was able to help me with a complicated problem. Dr Malik helped me when no other doctor could help. For this I am immensely grateful. Dr Malik and his surgery and office staff are incredibly caring and professional!
The staff were all very friendly… especially the anesthesiologist! Everyone was focused on my comfort, and effortlessly and humorously helped me to relax. All fear and discomfort disappeared with the staff’s caring attitude towards my dignity and health.
I always remember when I've had a good patient experience, and I am pleased to say if you are seeking an efficient staff and excellent GI physician, I can confidently attest there is no better practice to consider.
