Everyone at Virginia Gastro was efficient at their jobs, yet all were warm and welcoming. I never felt rushed by Dr. Pramod Malik and his staff. They were able to put me at ease and answer all of my questions. The pre-colonoscopy instructions were meticulously printed out, avoiding any possible confusion. There are many doctors in our world, but there is only one Dr Malik! I need to have a special procedure performed by Dr Malik once every six months. Each time I have this procedure, Dr Malik performs it with care and sincere caring for me as a patient and a person. his staff at the hospital and in the office genuinely care for each patient and give the most professional and kind attention to my needs! This office is exceptional. So professional and respectful. Everyone is so nice and they are very caring. They made having a colonoscopy a pleasant experience. From helping me choose the best prep to being so thorough in making sure I was prepared. The day of my procedure went so smoothly. Everything was on time and everyone was super!

I had an appointment scheduled and I was seen on time. The nursing staff was professional and friendly and explained everything that they were doing and how the procedure was going to go, then, during and after. Everything went smoothly during the entire process. Dr. Malik and his staff were excellent. I have had him for every procedure I needed. He is an exceptional surgeon!!!

That I had to go under the anesthesia twice because they forgot to pull out the Polyps the first time

Because we don't have your name, we are unable to tell you why you had another procedure. we don't "forget" to remove polyps. We sometimes have to do a short-term repeat colonoscopy to ensure we have the correct tools and setting to safely and completely remove difficult polyps. Our practice is reputed to remove difficult polyps that sometimes other physicians aren't able or comfortable to tackle. Please call 7579422566 and ask to speak to Kelly Myles so we can explain why you needed 2 colo's.
Outstanding set. I will definitely recommend Dr Malik to my family members.
