The staff and Dr. Malik were great about explaining the procedure and putting me at ease. They were prompt and professional.

Dr. Malik & his team provided exemplary service, from initial contact, throughout the procedure & after care. The process was prompt & efficient, but everyone was still friendly and informative during each stage. The whole process took about 90 minutes door to door, which is amazing. Thank you !

I would highly recommend Dr. Malik. He is very professional and his office staff are all excellent as well. It was a great experience.
Dr. Malik is my gastroenterologist who does my colonoscopy. He is very informative and specializes in his field of calling . If you need a colonoscopy, this is the doctor to seek . His office is located at Bell harbor Sentara on Rt.17 in Northern Suffolk on Bridge Road.
I literally NEVER saw this doctor - not in the office - not before the procedure. He walked into the OR about 10 second before I was to be knocked out. Didn’t even come check on me afterwards or even come talk to my family. We got a packet of paperwork from a nurse and said come back in a month for a follow up. Made the appt for the follow up and it’s not even with the doctor who did the procedure - it’s with a nurse. Never got to have a conversation with him. I 100% felt like a number - not a human. From the first moment I walked into Dr. Malik’s clinic-my experience was the best medical experience I have ever had! The front desk employees were exceptional and efficient in getting me checked in. The nurse who worked with me was pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel like part of a family rather than a “patient”! She made me so comfortable !
