Check in was smooth. Communication was ongoing with calls and texts before day of procedure. Casey the intake nurse was friendly and helpful. She is the Queen of IVs. Dr. Malik has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have had dealings with. The rest of the staff and post-op nurse were all fantastic. If you need a GI doc, Dr Malik is your man. Highly recommend. Did I mention they have a heated toilet seat!!!!! In the words of Dr. Malik, he's #1 at #2!

Let’s be real. No one says -“ I am so excited to get do my colonoscopy prep and do the study” Absolutely no one. But I have to say his office made the experience seamless and a positive experience. From the friendliness of the front staff, to the nurse and doctor who spoke to your with respect and professionalism, it was great. I appreciated the post procedural follow up call. As per recommendations I will be back in 5 years. I will not be scheduling with anyone else.
