I called Dr. Palaez office at 9am on October 8th after breaking a tooth the night before and I was seen 3 hours later. He was so kind and gentle. I felt no pain during my procedure and was still pain free after the novacain wore off. He is a fantastic dentist and he will be my dentist from this point forward. GREAT MAN!!
Outstanding practice with state of the art equipment. Spotlessly clean and they take their time with each patient. Great Job!
IMHO, Dr. Palaez and his staff are the best dental team in Virginia Beach. Leslie is his office manager. Superb. Uma is their dental hygienist. She is very gentle and considerate. If you desire a dental office that is NOT a production line you might want to consider making a positive change.
You receive excellent dental care and are treated as one of the family, not just another patient, as soon as you arrive.
Excellent cleaning
The dentist and his staff are so wonderful. Great with my 3-year-old and with me! She already wants to come back. And the facilities are beautiful.
Today was my first experience with Uma as my dental hygienist. It was FANTASTIC. She is personable, knowledgeable, and effective. She explains what she is doing while maintaining an awareness for her patient's discomfort.
Late last year, my dentist stopped taking my dental insurance. I moved over to a new firm opening near my house. Ugh! My first visit, they took me back 45 minutes after my appt. They were disorganized, exam areas were lacking proper finishes and all of a sudden I needed all of this dental work. Begrudgingly, I made an appt to get the work done. They called and rescheduled.
