fun dental experience!
I was looking for a new dentist in Va Beach The reviews for Dr Pelaez were all positive I had a dental emergency with a cracked tooth, they got me in very quickly and my experience was awesome He repaired my tooth and let me know up front about the next steps that may be necessary I have scheduled my cleaning appt and regular checkup As a follow up Their office is professional and very pleasant to work with I look forward to my new relationship with this office
Our 1-year-old chipped her teeth on the bathtub. We are new to the area and have no dentist here. The friendly staff made us a same-day appointment to have her checked out. One of the best dental experiences we've had! Highly recommended.
I was petrified to go to any Dentist for the past couple of years. I knew I had a cavity, gum issues and a front tooth that I was told by another dentist needed to be extracted completely. I was also told I needed serious braces for a long time or my teeth were going to crowd and chip. Finally found a dentist location I feel completely comfortable with, staff is amazingly nice and friendly and the Dr. Makes sure you understand everything you need to know.
Finding a Dentist for life is not easy. From the moment you walk into Dentistry of Virginia Beach until you leave, you are treated with respect & valued as a client. The entire experience is exceptional. The x-Ray process, cleaning & interaction with Dr. Palaez are all professional. They are patient, kind, thorough & explain every step. They also are mindful of value & are not there to oversell you. They focus on what needs to be done & are accommodating.
From the time I came thru the front door, I felt comfortable with front desk and as I was shown to my Room of cleaning and evaluation. I felt good about the cleaning and the check-up by the Dr.
This is my second dentist in the area, we were not comfortable with the first, so we went in search of another. My son was very comfortable and they made us very comfortable and were friendly and talkative to us. Great place, please go here. They are wonderful.
