The entire experience is exceptional. The x-Ray process, cleaning & interaction with Dr. Palaez are all professional. They are patient, kind, thorough & explain every step. They also are mindful of value & are not there to oversell you. They focus on what needs to be done & are accommodating.
From the time I came thru the front door, I felt comfortable with front desk and as I was shown to my Room of cleaning and evaluation. I felt good about the cleaning and the check-up by the Dr.
This is my second dentist in the area, we were not comfortable with the first, so we went in search of another. My son was very comfortable and they made us very comfortable and were friendly and talkative to us. Great place, please go here. They are wonderful.
