Do not ever go here! They screwed my grandparents. Took advantage of the fact that they know very little about this stuff. They took their computer in to be cleaned. Guy said that the mother board was shot. That's all he said. Didn't explain exactly what was wrong. They didn't give them their original tower back, forcing them to buy a new tower. Never ever go!
