3 calls and 2 Car Gurus messages and even 2 direct VIP website emails and then someone finally called me. Sales associate and I went over some details, he was to call me back and NEVER did. The Car sold. Why set up multiple mediums of Client capture if you do not manage them? A forgetful experience. Must be just a "walk-in and buy" operation.

Was not pressured to buy. Tony was very helpful. Great place to buy a car. Sure beats a large dealership.
The person who I was speaking with about this car took a 4-5 minute phone call while I was sitting at his desk. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
Found low mileage cars 6-12 years old in excellent shape. Helpful salespersons here.
