The instructors are great. They each have their own way to get you moving. I love the support of the other participants. VIP is there for you to succeed.
Great place to get fit and healthy. The trainers and owners motivate you to succeed and support you in so many ways. So glad I did the challenge, I learned how strong I can be inside and out.
