How do I block it. Did not acomadat my needs and rude
This was by far one of the best decisions of my life!!! I was struggling to get moving and motivated on my own so the 6-week challenge was what I needed! I started off at 153 lb and followed everything to a T. 6 weeks later, down to 130 with my confidence back! I needed a lifestyle change and that's what I got! I could also not say enough positive things about the trainers. They truly thrive on your successes and guide you EVERY step of the way! This was just an all-around fabulous experience! ❤️

Making the decision to accept the challenge at VIP was the best decision I have ever made! The entire staff at VIP is top notch, no comparison! I cannot even express the appreciation I have for everyone...I love you all! I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to have this experience! If anyone is looking to make a lifestyle change you should definitely contact VIP, you won't regret it!
Vip is wonderful the instructors, trainers, and the other participants are so supportive
Great attitude! They will push you to your limits, not what they think should be your limit. Great trainers are always willing to explain the workouts to a newbie like me.
