A great family to be a part of, the money you pay sounds like a lot , but it's not if talking about transforming your body to that image you always have in the back of your head. I started with VIP last year lost 21 lb and left after. I still regret not staying with them because the challenge was not long enough to get my body used to a new healthy life style. I love it! They are breathing new life into me!! From the moment I waled in the door the staff was attentive and friendly. All tbe instructor were well informed and able. I have a slight disability on my right side and the instructor did not make an issue of it kut quickly and quietly adjusted my weights. It has been my first time in a gym without a family member as a security blanket and so far so good.
