Lost 20lbs the first round but second round could find the motivation to continue. Found classes to be something you can get off Pinterest. I have gained it all plus some back and it's because I didn't get to the reason I gained the weight in the first place. Think if they offered or made it mandatory to meet with a counselor would of helped a great deal. Plus for that much $$$ something you'd think they should be able to provide.
I made it! My 6 week VIP challenge ended today and I came out of it 22.4 pounds lighter! It took a lot of hard work and strong willpower- but I'm so happy I stuck with it and succeeded � Thank you to everyone at Clarkston VIP Fitness for making this happen for me. There's nowhere else I'd recommend to my family and friends that want to get their health back than VIP!!

I have never felt worse about myself than I do today. VIP is the most crooked place I have ever been affiliated with. I did what I was told, followed what I was supposed to and gained no results. After speaking with 5 different people at VIP, trying to figure out why I wasn't getting results, I went to 3 different doctors and found out this wasn't my fault and I have some serious health issues. Truly the best gym (transformation center) anywhere. The support you receive not only with working out but with nutrition is unmatched. I absolutely love VIP!
