Very disappointed as I have been taking my cars there for over 16 years. My front wheel was damaged from the very beginning of the rail that pulls the cars thru which is pure steel. Before driving off, I confronted the person in charge I was told to leave my info and that the owner would call me. When I got the call I was at work and the owner "Phil" left a voice mail neglecting to take responsibility but worse he left a message pertaining a truck when the wheel that was damaged was on my Camaro. They stole my money from my car and the manager argued with me that it was only two dollars not a big deal! What a joke. Just lost a loyal customer.
Decades of shiny, squeeky clean, smelling good, pro of a job fun place. It becomes a family place and the owners and staff become family. (If any1 gets ahold of patti's crab salad recipe contact me.) She never allowed me to make that one. :)
I didn't notice til this morning when the sun was hitting my back window that I don't think they cleaned it on the inside or if they did it was a terrible job. Also my rear view mirrors were water spotted. So much for paying for a gold wash. Not a happy camper here. I really think their service has gone down hill...
Not only is there water spots on my truck, it took from the time I dropped off my key to drying it 45 minutes on a Monday mid afternoon...
They really do clean your car good inside and out. My car looked brand new.
Really happy. With the special attention. They spend on detail...took a few extra min I went to see. What was being Done the fella was removing a stain on my seat ..very good customer service.. Top notch Place and the Deli wow.. is good
