As I waited for my car to be dried I overheard employees speaking to a woman. She was complaining about a ding or scratch on her car. I heard a man in a red shirt be completely rude to her. I couldn't hear her but as a person in a management position he should know better. It was horrible to hear the way he told her "I don't care" He was rude it was disgusting. I wish you'd train your management better.
