I have been going to Vintage for the past 15 years. They do an awesome job and offer extras for your vehicles that other car washes don't have. They also have a deli, a gift shop and its Family owned.
Horrible service and horrible attitude! They don't even know how to accept complaints, and I heard from multiple customers that employees steal.
Very unsatisfied with the quality of service , floor mats still dirty , looked as if not even vacuumed , inside doors and console not wiped down . I watched the guy use every towel on my Windows , which still had streaks as if a product was on that couldn't come off ! And NO scent . When I called about it , was told to come back in , I explained I don't live in town and also I went home and recleaned myself because I was going out of town , hence why I brought in for extra clean . My car looked good but it was how the managers treated their employees that turned me away. They were yelling and rude saying they missed a spot and said are you trying to pull a fast one. This particular worker was sweating and working his butt off. It broke my heart. Try to encourage instead of discourage. I also brought a $2.00 off coupon and they said they didn't approve the coupon so won't allow me to use it. Very interesting! The employees that work there are very hard workers so that makes the difference,personally ill be taken my car back there again in the next days to come.yes California clock is ticking.
Awesome job everytime whether it was my BMW on my work truck
them charges is too much to the work they did them need improve to clean very well for the the cost we pay
