I witnessed a blonde girl go up to a worker tap her on the shoulder, and before you know it, the blonde girl starts yelling, and screaming at the very nice pleasant worker, about a matter that apparently did not happen at "the car wash". The blonde girl threatening to beat, kill and asking if the worker knew who the f$&k she was. Machine was broken and had to pay $35 to get handwash as it was only option. A more customer oriented company would have handwash at lower price.
Depending on what you drive seems to depend on how well your car is paid attention to. I drive a older car ( a 2006) she isnt the newest or the most fancy but she cleans up nice. They always seem to miss spots on my rims and never quite get the interior or windows well. It beats doing the work myself after a 60hr week once in awhile though.
Purchased gold package. Came home and had to wipe it down. Road grime, black specs of some sort along both sides, and bumpers/rims needed to be more work. Even the blue marker they write the package you purchase was from inside my window was still there.
Only 1 time was I not happy with the job or the service I've received here .
Just got my Range Rover back from a wash here and they broke both my windshield wipers. One is stuck halfway up the windshield and the other was torn and broken. Neither work. When I asked about the damage the "manager" came over took a look, turned them on and said I have to get the owner. He's not here. Went inside and asked for the owner and the girl inside said she'll call another manager. No apologies and absolutely no customer service. Excellent I love the place I recommend to my friends
I just waited an hour and a half to get my car washed only to come home and see the back seat of my car looks like it wasn't even touched! Dog hair and slobber is still all over! What a waste of time and money!
