I met Dr. Gilvaz during my hospital admission, and he has been my rheumatologist for the past three years. Dr. Gilvaz is intelligent and specialized in his field, professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He will genuinely listen to your concerns and questions intently, and then respond politely and in an educational/teaching way to all my questions or confusion. I met with Dr. Gilvaz after a 4 month wait, not unusual in these days but I digress. For all intents and purposes the doctor seems to be a very nice man but and here it comes. He talked to me I mentioned how once upon a time another doctor thought I might have Sjogrens Disease and he very quickly zeroed in on that. We talked for a bit he ran a hand down my spine looked at a 3 years old MRI of my back. He ran the tests for Sjogrens and anemia called to tell me I was lucky I didn't have it and referred(yep here we go again) to... read more
Dr. Gilvaz is a wonderful Rheumstologist I would highly rrcommend him to other people. He sincerely cares about medically treating his patients and getting them well.
