Verified Renter The staff is amazing. Anytime there are complaints they are quick to act on any given situation. They recently implemented Pet DNA which I am super excited about. Overall my living experience here has been great.

Much better than my first place! My first apartment in Texas was okay, but the end of my time there was a nightmare with management. A/C broke often, black mold issues, and maintenance never seemed to care. MUCH different here at VLC. Management cares and knows so much about the community and the area. When I moved in, immediately got recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, even on how Mauldin police liked to crack down on folks going 1 mph over the speed limit. Avoid this place They only care about getting the rent money here. The water is charged as community water. The larger you apartment, the more water you will pay. Plus the billing company adds 15-20 dollars in fees per month.

Close to downtown without the cost Our apartment has been great for the past year and a half! When we started our search we wanted to be close to downtown, without paying the downtown cost. The Vinings certainly delivered! We are 15 minutes from downtown and close to gyms and shopping. There are several "back ways" to get to the major shopping on Woodruff and Haywood Mall which is a plus. We have a spacious apartment and the amenities are fabulous.
