Verified Renter Too noisy at times. Yards are dirty from poop not picked up or poop in bags left on the yards. Gates don’t work more than they do work. Broken pieces of concrete on pillars. Stains on siding.

Verified Renter No cleanliness. No one in the leasing office acknowledges your problems and this place is really dirty. It’s unsafe for kids. Its in not a luxurious complex as advertised.
