Verified Renter For a place that has pooprints, there is a lot of dog poo on the property. The apartments look shabby inside and out for the pricepoint I got charged. All of the money definitely goes towards the amenities and office since they are the nicest parts of the community

Verified Renter The Vinings at Laurens Road I think is a busy community. There seems to be a lot of in and out traffic. I gave the community 3 stars because my neighbors a noisy and the front office staff are very dry people. But I think the community itself is kept clean and always looks nice.
