Overpriced. Trashy neighborhood. Drug activity on premises. Pool consistently closed for “maintenance”. Lawn care not on a schedule so you never know when the obnoxiously loud leaf blowers will be there. Management comes up with ridiculous “rules” such as must buy parking decal and have guest parking pass on the weekends. Work orders take weeks to be tended to. Loud at night. Vineyard Hills is a great place to Live . The property is very clean and maintained. Cindy and Cynthia The ladies in the office are very concerned about your needs and making sure that you are a happy tenant constantly. I love my maintenance guy Frank and the way that he always takes care of my maintenance needs in a timely fashion. Frank has a great attitude and always willing to help. I am so glad that I chose Vineyard Hill as a place to live. Thanks to everyone who makes my living experience enjoyable. Kesha
We have lived here for over a month now and absolutely love it! The grounds are always clean, neighbors are friendly, and very quiet. Everyone minds their own business and gives each other privacy. Cindy,at the office, always makes sure any issues we have are taken care of promptly. Any maintenance requests we have are taken care of within 48 hours. We could not be more pleased with our stay here so far!
Office personnel is genuinely friendly and helpful. I have relied on maintenance and never been disappointed.
