I had the zoom treatment but had to stop after first 15 minutes. I think because it was too cold in the room. I may have been fine if I would have had a jacket or blanket. (I didnt figure that out until later. Other than than, it was a great visit. Cleaning was great. Thanks.
Scheduler up front could use help on customer service skills and organization. I requested an appt and was told I would get a call back and I never did but then found out the day before they had scheduled me but wanted to move it. I couldn't do I rescheduled for the following week. I was then asked, or told, four times to change my appt time. With a full time job it is hard to do this or answer the several calls I receive.
