The only problem I have ever experienced is with your office manager, she is not always very people friendly. She is aloof and perceived as kind of rude on occasions which is not exactly what you expect for someone in that position. I really liked the other lady that was there but the new lady up front has the same type personality which is good because if not for them the front office would not feel welcoming. Excellent this visit... quite bluntly I delayed / postponed cleanings because I got tired of the verbal spankings I have received in the past. Know they were delivered for my dental health and well being but I don't need them. Thanks folks and Merry Christmas. George

I refer friends to Dr Perez all the time. He is one heck of a professional and has a fantastic smooth and calming chairside manner
Your receptionist was too aggressive in collecting a patient copay from me for a prior visit from my wife and daughter... charges were being contested and she knew that, but played me off of my wife and when I asked what they were for she said "teeth whitening trays" which was not true. My wife paid cash for the trays and the dispute was related to coding of xrays and how it intermittently gets paid by our insurance.
Great experience - as always.
