Dr. Perez and his staff are the absolute BEST! I've been looking for a new dentist for over a year now, because mine retired, and Dr. Perez was referred to me and I thank God that he and his staff our part of mine and my daughter's life now! I have put this in for my last visit too, but not much has changed. I really do not understand why the necessary procedures have to be explained to me by a receptionist. Shouldn't the dentist be doing that? I am given this treatment plan by the receptionist just before I leave, that is mostly about money. Nothing is shown to me in the x-rays, or explained to me (or even mentioned) during my visit with the Dr. or the hygenist. Why do I need the treatment? I mentioned this for last visit, but no change.
