Very disapponted in the staff. Called before scheduling appointment to give insurance information so that the office could inform me about my coverage and after visiting them and paying for my visit they decide to tell me they were out of network with my insurance. As a patient I felt betrayed and disappointed in the staffs ability to meet my expectations.
Absolutely shocked at how enjoyable my visit to the dentist was yesterday. Amazing service from start to finish. Attention to detail along and high quality care.
The practice is clean and modern. The people are friendly and helpful. X-rays and cleaning went off without any problems, they pointed out some things that we should watch. They did not try to "recommend" various unnecessary procedures but simply gave me a good overview and left it up to me to decide what to do.
The Dr Azizi is the most compassionate and caring dentist I have met. She takes her time, explains herself well and is very knowledgable.
Great first experience at the office. Dr Azizi is not only intelligent, she is passionate about caring for teeth.
