This office has refused to refill my son’s asthma medication and I’ve been calling for over a month. There a doctor here that forces children into uncomfortable situations as well. This is a horrible place.
the staff was very rude. i couldnt pee in a cup because i hadnt drank anything and they told my mom i probably have stds that why i “didnt” wanna pee. when i literally couldnt.
The office staff is rude and uncaring and the facility itself looks like a cross between a morgue and a prison. This is not where you want your children seen.
We have been coming there 9-10 years & we love all the staff specially Dr. Katie Willard.
