the staff was very rude. i couldnt pee in a cup because i hadnt drank anything and they told my mom i probably have stds that why i “didnt” wanna pee. when i literally couldnt.
The office staff is rude and uncaring and the facility itself looks like a cross between a morgue and a prison. This is not where you want your children seen.
We have been coming there 9-10 years & we love all the staff specially Dr. Katie Willard.
While I like the doctors there I feel like this needs to be said. They want you to come in for everything. When I had my daughter at another pediatrician they could call in something as simple as Nystatin especially if they just saw her the week before and prescribed antibiotics. I call this morning to see if they can send in some Nystatin because my daughter gets yeast infections when she takes certain antibiotics.
