We need good service & attention from our request. They don't cooperate right away.
I am a tenant at one of their properties. No issues with the landlord, he is nice and considerate, the unit and property is well maintained except the occasional hiccups from the building being really old. My problem is with the other horrible tenants that were able to rent here. I only wish security step up and follow through with complaints, as well as them raising the bar higher for who gets to live here.
