Vincent's is a great company. From the office staff to the technicians - everyone is kind and very efficient. They replaced my furnace and installed a new A/C unit and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.
Called them yesterday morning for a water heater leak...Nancy was so nice and I was told someone would be here between 11 and 1. To my surprise, Jeremy was here at 10am. Fantastic guy, professional and courteous, walking me through our options and handled the problem. I would highly recommend them! Thanks VHP!

I was very happy with our overall experience with VHP. I called at 8am because our furnace stopped working the day before and it was fixed by 11am. Michael (the service man who was sent over) was prompt, courteous, and very nice. No up-selling and no pressure, either. We will be needing a full replacement sooner than later (which we already knew) and we'll definitely be calling VHP and request Michael when the time comes. I'd definitely recommend Vincent's Heating & Plumbing.
My repairman, Keith, is the best. Always happy to have my annual check on my furnace. I rest easier. Thanks!
