Andy was awesome! He explained everything that needed to be fixed and gave suggestions for future repairs. Glad he was able to give us back our heat after hours.
Just off the phone with VHP and was told ( twice, 2 calls ) by Nancy they do not deal with frozen PEX pipes that were installed by VHP just about 14 months ago.
They were not helpful at all our blower wasn't working on our furnace we had a power outage when it came back on the furnace blower motor wasn't working the guy looked at it said it had a couple of burnt wire's would not replace them didn't do anything except charge us $ 119.00 and tell us 2.500.00 for a New furnace OH and because we live in a mobile home we couldn't make payments so I guess we we're supposed to go with out heat.well guess what called a electric company replaced a fuse and guess what we have heat.what a wast... read more
The man walked in my house seeming irritated. Said it was a crack when it was really a scratch. He refused to look at it anymore and was making rude comments to me the entire time saying it might even be my fault. Had to make him leave he was so rude I'll go back to Adams. Shame on you sir you've been doing this for a long time now.
Totally taken advantage of with my repair charged $195 for 5 mins and a $10 part!!! Will never use again!!!!!
