I’ve never used their company for heating and cooling needs but I registered online when they were offering special filters for face masks to help in the fight against COVID-19 and today my filters were delivered! Excellent service, reasonable rates and an all around great experience. Replaced our furnace and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Fast and courteous service. These guys have a great work ethic.
They were out and at my house within the hour of calling Brendan helped us and he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I cannot express how appreciative I am. He was friendly. Fast. Professional. Thank you VHP I will definitely do business in the future and treat Brendan like a treasure! He is great!
Technician arrived promptly, unfortunately that’s where the good news ends. While working on our furnace he was on a personal call for more than 15 minutes rather than preforming the services he was being paid to do. After he had “replaced parts” he closed up the furnace before showing us exactly what he replaced and he couldn’t show us any of the original parts he replaced because they were “completely destroyed”. Shady technician.
