I worked there for 3 months .if nurse's don't like you they get rid of you they have favorite staff and cna's If your not in with them they find ways to get rid of you .agency runs the building they get assigned floors staff cna's get moved around . They are rude to the residents. When you say something they act like your doing wrong not agency. Nurse's sleep all night you don't see them all night when you say something they say your wrong.
