Decided to get hearing aids from Costco after debating on it. Was told I needed a release, went to the office to have it signed and they were rude and would not sign it because it was over a year. My pcp as well as them know I have hearing loss. I will go to another ent before going back to them.
Both FO staff wonderful. NP I saw was just great. I could relate to her very well, and I felt reassured about my problem at the end of the visit. Thanks, everyone!
