Had issues awhile back with the third party system they had to schedule appt, they would tell me the wrong times but they were humans, I complained to the office manager because i had to show him that they would tell me one day but put another day in the system! I appreciate that they obviously changed that BUT I have had the most issues I’ve ever had leaving messages and dealing with a AI bot to talk to instead of a human now. Today was my first visit to ENT Physicians. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The waiting area is very neat and has ample room. I only waited a few minutes from time of check in to being called in to begin my appointment. The nursing staff were also very friendly and efficient. I met with Dr. Toma. He was caring informative and very thorough. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes in the examination room for Dr. Toma.
