Very friendly staff...highly recommend. Dr. Toma is a wonderful and helpful surgeon...thank you.
Clean facility. Half of the staff is super friendly the other half clearly doesn’t want to be there. Your questions will get answered differently depending on who you ask at the front desk. Scheduling can be a huge nightmare (depending on who you get at the front desk). Kind of a frustrating experience for new patients. The doctors are nice but you can tell they are told to get the bare minimum from patients so they can scurry to the next room. Or they don’t care and I’m just giving them the benefit of the doubt. My family was involved in a car accident right behind their facility. When they heard the crash, everyone came running to help. They helped assess the situation and offered comfort to my daughter until I arrived. The whole office staff is wonderful!
Dr. Toma is the kind of specialist you hope for but rarely find. He listens completely, no interruptions, no ego, and responds with clarity and respect. He took my concerns seriously, and gave me a clear, simple treatment plan. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Absolutely recommend.
