No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
