Doctor Vincent is great but, unfortunately the RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told that I missed my previous ONES. I have tried to explain to her that it must be a misunderstanding because I never booked any appointment at eight o'clock in the morning, I politely asked her to look at my file to see the last time I came into the office, she would not let me speak. I don't think doctor Faso needs that old grumpy receptionist, she does not know how to deal with clients. Too Bad!!!
