Unfortunately a great Dentist but the staff is horrible. Was treated very poorly because I missed 2 appointments. Was told to go find another dentist by Dixie and Robin who were extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I set an appointment two months ago, as well as a cancellation request, but the appointment was never scheduled and I never got a call for cancellation. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The office staff were very friendly, however the DH and the Dr. were rude, aggressive, and did not listen to any of my concerns regarding me being pregnant. The Dr. damaged my tooth far more than it was when I came into the office, when I clearly told him more than once (and his staff) that I was unable to have a root canal. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Love dr. Faso's dental practice, from he front desk to the doctor , always great friendly service, very happy with each visit.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Not really, it was a little uncomfortable

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The biggest problem at that office is the front staff. Insulting and impatient. Terrible shame.
