Dr. Vincent Russo is an experienced, well qualified and ethical physician. He has treated my shoulder tendinitis with success. My only problem was not getting a return phone call when I left a message on the menu the first day I called. I called the next day and simply waited on hold for a few minutes and got the appointment I needed. I would absolutely return to Dr. Russo if I needed any other treatments.
The front office was friendly and efficient. The MA was friendly and took me back right away. She listened to my concerns. The xray tech was knowledgeable and quick. Dr. Russo is very personable and explained everything I need to know about my upcoming surgery. Great office!
Dr. Russo was very compassionate and got to the heart of my knee issue right away. I was very appreciative because I had dealt with another orthopedic surgeon that didn't follow up on anything and treated me like a number instead of a person.
Dr. Russo is an excellent doctor and his office runs like a fine watch. Always, courteous, on time and provides fantastic service.

Among all the Doctors I know, Dr Vincent Russo is in a class by himself. In my humble opinion you could never find a better and competent Ortho doc.
Found Dr. Russo very pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well and was very receptive to questions. He gave me some options. I would highly recommend him.
